Antonio Punzo is a Full Professor of Statistics at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Catania, Italy. He is the author of several articles, mainly about clustering and classification using mixture models, published in prestigious journals and book chapters. He is also Associate Editor of the Journal of Classification, Statistical Methods & Applications, Biometrical Journal, and Italian Journal of Applied Statistics.
